This is to inform you that the 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of FHRAI is scheduled to be held at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, 28th September, 2023 at Hotel Andaz Delhi, Aerocity, New Delhi-110 037. Please find enclosed the Notice, Proxy Form, Attendance Slip along with the Financial Statements of FHRAI for the F.Y. ended at 31st March, 2023. As per provisions of Indian Companies Act 2013 and Rules, FHRAI has provided e-voting facility to all our members. All Hotel & Restaurant Members who have paid their membership subscription as on 20th September, 2023 will receive a communication from National Security Deposit Limited (NSDL) with the USER ID and PASSWORD to avail the e-voting facility to participate in the 67th AGM of FHRAI.
