SUBJECT : TENDER REGARDING THE CONCESSION RIGHTS OF THE CENTAUR LAKE VIEW HOTEL, SRINAGAR

Dear Member,

This is to inform you that the Government of Jammu and Kashmir ( through JKTDC) intends to outsource the concession rights of the Centaur Lake View Hotel, Srinagar via the PPP route & has published the RFP for the same. The concession period is sixty (60) years.

Important details regarding the tender are given below:-

1. Site Visit

• Interested members can visit the site from 12th January 2024 to 25th January, 2024.

Process for site visit

1. Request email to be sent to  outsource.3@jktdc.co.in with details of team members who will visit the site with preferred date and time.
2. JKTDC shall confirm the date & time of the site visit.

2. Queries

• Bidders are requested to send their queries to outsource.3@jktdc.co.in by 5.00 p.m. on 29th January 2024.

3.  Pre-Bid Meeting

• The date and time of the Pre-Bid Meeting shall be notified separately.

Bid Due Date and Time

• 28th February 2024 by 05:00 p.m.
