Please find below an email and attachment received from Ministry of Tourism regarding an Addendum to the Revised Guidelines for Marketing Development Assistance (MDA) Scheme made effective from 01.04.2017.

The Eligibility Criteria at Para 2 (i) of the said guidelines has been modified as under:
2. Eligibility Criteria
- The Tourism Service Providers must be approved by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India. In the case of the Union Territory (UT) of Jammu & Kashmir, UT of Ladakh and States in the North Eastern Region (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura) the Tourism Service Providers must be approved by the concerned State/UT Tourism Department.
The remaining terms and conditions of the scheme remain unchanged.
