Greetings from FHRAI!  

This is to inform you that the 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of FHRAI is slated to be held at 2.30 p.m. on Thursday, 29th September, 2022 at Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity, New Delhi. Please find enclosed the Notice, Proxy Form & Attendance Slip for the AGM. Members may like to download the same from our website www.fhrai.com. 

As per provisions of Indian Companies Act 2013 and Rules, FHRAI has provided e-voting facility to all our members. All Hotel & Restaurant Members who make the membership subscription fees by 5.00 pm on 20th September 2022 will receive a communication from National Security Deposit Limited (NSDL) with  the USER ID and PASSWORD to avail the e-voting facility to participate in the FHRAI AGM.
