Subject: Hon’ble CCI Order dated 28.10.2019

We are pleased to inform that the Hon’ble Competition Commission of India vide order dated 28.10.2019 directed investigation against MMT-Go and OYO for alleged violation of the Section 3(4) of the Competition Act i.e. resale price maintenance and also to initiate investigation under Section 4 of the Act i.e. abuse of dominance against MMT-Go, on the Complaint / information filed by FHRAI on 5th April,2019 against Make My Trip, Go Ibibo and Oyo Rooms in Competition Commission of India.

Copy of the Order dated 28.10.2019 of Competition Commission of India is attached herewith for your reference.
