WEBINAR ON NIDHI+ PORTAL FOR FHRAI MEMBERS

SUB: WEBINAR ON NIDHI+ PORTAL FOR FHRAI MEMBERS 

Dear Member, 

As you are aware, the Ministry of Tourism had launched the NIDHI+ (National Integrated Database of Hospitality Industry) portal with an objective to use technology to empower hospitality and tourism businesses. A host of services of the Ministry are now being offered through this portal including ‘Hotel Classification’, ’Display of Classification Badge of Classified Hotels’, ‘Sustainable Tourism Certification’ and much more.  Apart from this, the Ministry is in the process of extending additional services on the NIDHI+ portal for all registered establishments. 

NIDHI+ Portal is aimed at facilitating ease of doing business for Hospitality and Tourism establishments.  Registration with NIDHI+ will ensure digital delivery of various services to a hospitality and tourism establishments. The following modules have been made live on the portal -: 

  • Registration 

  • Showcasing 

  • Star Classification 

  • STCI Certifications 

  • Destinations, Attractions & Events 

  • Feedbacks & Ratings 

However, recently we have received a number of complaints from our members regarding problems being faced by them in accessing the portal. 

Therefore, FHRAI in association with Quality Council of India (QCI) is organizing a webinar on Friday, 11th November 2022 at 2.30 PM for the members to give a detailed demonstration of NIDHI+ portal as well as to explain all the features & usages of the portal. The webinar will be followed by a Question & Answer Session to address any queries of member establishments. 

It would be an excellent opportunity for the FHRAI members to clear any doubts about the NIDHI+ portal. At the same time, the session will also provide an opportunity to share your feedback and suggestions for improving the efficiency of the portal.
