Sub:- Invitation for Empanelment as Accommodation Partners with IRCTC
Dear Member,
We are very delighted to inform you that IRCTC has invited members of FHRAI and its Regional Associations for empanelment with IRCTC to provide online Accommodation Partner Inventory for sales on IRCTC Tourism website and its associate portal. The partnership will provide an excellent opportunity for FHRAI members to associate with one of the leading tourism companies in India which has established a clear footprint in the tourism industry in the country.
The following special benefits are offered by IRCTC for the members of FHRAI and its Regional Associations :
- A special discount of 2 % commission payable to IRCTC is being offered to the hotel/chain of hotels (3 star category or with equivalent facilities) affiliated to FHRAI/ Regional Associations.
- The Hotels can get equivalent facilities to star category upon a certification by FHRAI. Star equivalent facilities of such hotels will be reflected against the hotel name indicating */**/***/**** (-----association member) in the hotel page in IRCTC website.
- A one-time waiver off integration charges (wherever applicable) for all new applications received up to 31st October, 2021 is also applicable.

The EOI can also be downloaded from IRCTC portal www.irctc.com under tender head and subject ‘EOI For association to provide online Accommodation Partner inventory for sales on IRCTC Tourism website and its associate portal Tourism Department Corporate Office, IRCTC (Tender No. 10402).

The Hotels can get equivalent facilities to star category certified by your association. Star equivalent facilities of such hotels will be reflected against the hotel name indicating */**/***/**** (-----association member) in the hotel page in IRCTC website.
A one time waiver off integration charges (wherever applicable) for all new applications received upto 31st October, 2021 is also applicable. It is requested to promote this opportunity of association with IRCTC among affiliated member hotels.
