FHRAI – IHM & Parikshan Free Basic Catering Classes and Free Consultancy for Labelling for Members till 30th June 2021

Dear Member,

Please be informed that the FHRAI Institute of Hospitality Management (FHRAI-IHM) is collaborating with Parikshan as the training partner to offer Basic Catering Classes to its member organizations. Parikshan under the dynamic leadership Dr. V. Pasupathy - Advisor to FHRAI on Food Safety has been providing a remarkable service to the hospitality sector for over the last two decades in the fields of Testing, Food Safety Audit and Trainings.

The Basic Catering Classes will be offered in Hindi or English based on the request of the participants. Maximum 90 participants will only be accommodated in one session.
In view of the extremely distressed situation due to Covid 19, these trainings will be offered free of cost to the members of FHRAI till 30th June 2021.  

In addition, as part of this partnership, it is also offered Free Consultancy Services on Labelling to members who are producing food items and selling in packets with labels. Through this service, members will be enabled to find out that whether the label they are using is right or wrong. This will help them from paying  heavy fines if any violation is found in the label by the authorities. This service will also be offered free of cost till June 2021.

FHRAI is especially organising these sessions to instill confidence in its members, and their workforce to prepare them to tackle the ongoing and post-pandemic situation.
The training will be conducted online using the ZOOM platform. Government of India Certificate will be provided to the trainees who successfully complete the training program. This will also cover the latest updates with FSSAI which would be extremely useful in making the fraternity fully equipped as and when operations resume.
