As you are aware that for a country like ours, the biggest takeaway from this pandemic will be an increased focus on health and sanitation. The hospitality sector in particular has adopted stringent practices to ensure that both its people and the food preparation practices follow the best hygiene standards in the changed environment post Covid -19.
