This is to inform you that M/s Srivastava Jagdhari, LLP, Labour Law Consultant is organising a “Workshop on Advent of New Labour Codes’ on 30th January, 2026 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Hotel Utopian Luxe, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
The highlights of the workshop are given below:-
- Manage contract labour and contractors carefully to reduce principal employer risk.
- Ensure correct coverage and timely compliance under EPF, ESI, bonus and social security laws.
- Adopt preventive compliance measures to avoid penalties and criminal prosecution.
- Understand the scope, impact and implementation challenges of the new Labour Codes on wages, social security and industrial relations.
- Align working hours and leave policies with the new labour code.
- Follow compliant practices for fixed -term employment, especially concerning gratuity liability.
Though it’s a paid workshop, the organizer has kindly agreed to allow the members of FHRAI for online participation free of cost.
