SUB: SUGGESTIONS FROM MEMBERS REGARDING KEY CHALLENGES FACED BY FBOs
Dear Member,
The members are requested to share their grievances / suggestions with regard to the challenges faced by FBOs (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering services) in complying with the Food Safety and Standards Regulations, to enable FHRAI to take up with FSSAI officials during a meeting scheduled next week.
The primary objective of this meeting is to gain insights into the challenges faced by FBOs in complying with the Food Safety and Standards Regulations (FSSR) and to address the key concerns. The discussion will cover important topics, including FSS Regulations compliance, Schedule IV, licensing and Menu labelling.
