This is to inform you that the 65th Annual General Meeting of The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) will be held through Video Conference (VC) on ZOOM platformhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/88953951864?pwd=K1hEVmMwdXo1eHJ2Sm94MlZ4WnIyUT09, on Saturday, 15th January, 2022 at 02:30 P.M in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with MCA General Circular No. 20/2020, 14/2020 and 17/2020 dated 5th May, 2020, 8th April, 2020 and 13th April, 2020 respectively.
