As you are aware, the hospitality sector in India is currently facing a significant challenge due to a shortage of qualified human resources. This situation is further exacerbated by the declining trend in student enrolments in hospitality education, despite the remarkable growth in the industry in recent years.   It is crucial for the hospitality sector to take proactive steps to address these pressing challenges. Ensuring a conducive and adaptive learning and working environment is vital to attract and retain talent.
