We wish to inform that the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DONER), Government of India, is hosting the first North East Global Investors Summit in May 2023, with FICCI as the industry partner. FICCI is working with the Ministry of DONER and state governments to support investment and trade deals in the North-east.

With a view to strengthen the regions hospitality infrastructure, the State Governments of North East India are keen on inviting national and international hospitality operators to invest in hospitality projects authentic and luxurious experience, showcasing the best of the local culture and traditions.

With its raw natural beauty, diverse culture, and unique cuisine, North East India is fast emerging as an attractive tourist destination. This presents a significant opportunity for interested investors to set up hotel / resort businesses in the region.

The FICCI North East Team has expressed interest in associating with FHRAI and its members to develop hospitality establishments like hotels and resorts in the North East region.
