Dear Member,

This is in reference to our earlier emails regarding the issues and concerns of our members related to Agoda.

We are happy to share that Agoda has informed that they have proactively reached out to all the hotel partners whose concerns were highlighted by FHRAI and resolved the same.  They also informed that they remain committed to providing its hotel partners with timely and effective support.
