This is to inform you that FSSAI is organising a meeting for Food Business Operators (FBOs) on December 28, 2023. The meeting aims to facilitate discussions between the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and Food Service establishments, specifically Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering services.

The primary focus of the meeting is to better comprehend and address the challenges and issues faced by these FBOs concerning the Food Safety and Standards Regulations (FSSR). Topics of discussion will include compliance, Schedule IV, licensing, and sanitary and hygiene-related matters. This meeting is a valuable opportunity for stakeholders to engage in meaningful discussions that can contribute to informed decision-making in the future.
