This is to inform you that the 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of FHRAI is scheduled to be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, 30th September, 2024 at Hotel Le-Meridien, New Delhi-110001. Please find enclosed the Notice, Proxy Form, Attendance Slip along with the Executive Committee Report, Financial Statements of FHRAI for the F.Y. ended at 31st March, 2024. As per provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and Rules, thereof FHRAI has provided e-voting facility to all our members. All Hotel & Restaurant Members who have paid their membership subscription as on 20th September, 2024 will receive a communication from National Security Deposit Limited (NSDL) with the USER ID and PASSWORD to avail the e-voting facility, in order to participate in the 68th AGM of FHRAI.
