Subject: Swachh Survekhshan 2021

Dear Member,

This is to bring to your notice that Swachh Survekshan (Cleanliness survey) is an annual survey of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation in cities and towns across India. It was launched as part of the Swachh Bharat Mission in 2016, which aimed to make India clean and free of open defecation. By 2020 the survey had grown to cover 4242 cities and is the largest cleanliness survey in the world. 

Quality Council of India (QCI) will be conducting the Swachh Survekshan 2021 on behalf of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and QCI has requested for the active support of FHRAI members to make this initiative a grand success. 

In order to transform the 2021 edition of Survekshan into a “Janandolan” and make it a successful exercise, citizens are motivated to provide their feedback on the cleanliness levels of their neighbourhoods. FHRAI members can participate in the campaign in the following manner:

1.   Actively participating in the campaign through providing your feedback through the link - https://qrgo.page.link/GXjKY and also by encouraging feedback from your employees and customers.

2.    Helping for more responses as part of your social responsibility by adding a link to the food menu, confirmation mails and in the organization websites.

3.    Assisting in communication through your social media handles to broadcast the need of participating in this initiative and by re-tweeting the Citizen Feedback link and Swachh Survekshan 2021 posts.

We are sure that your assistance will go a long way in spreading the message of hygiene and cleanliness amongst the citizens of our country.
