Subject: Invitation to Participate in India Pavilion at FITUR Madrid 2026 and ITB Berlin 2026
Dear Members,
This is to inform you that the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is participating in two major upcoming international travel exhibitions:
- FITUR 2026, Madrid, Spain – 21 to 25 January 2026
- ITB Berlin 2026, Berlin, Germany – 3 to 5 March 2026
The Ministry invites tour operators, hoteliers, wellness resorts, and tourism service providers approved by the Ministry of Tourism to participate as co-exhibitors within the India Pavilion at these global events. Participation will provide an excellent platform to showcase India’s diverse tourism offerings and engage with industry stakeholders from around the world.
Key Details are given below:-
- The India Pavilion will follow a common décor/theme.
- Minimum booth space: 4 sq. meters (additional space available in multiples of 4 sq. meters, subject to availability).
- Participation Fee: ₹1.75 lakh per 4 sq. meters per exhibition.
- Space will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment.
- No MDA support will be provided for participation in either exhibition.
Members wishing to participate are requested to confirm their participation by 4 December 2025, indicating their space requirements.
