Dear Members,

NOTICE is hereby given that the 65th Annual General Meeting of The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) will be held through Video Conference (VC) on ZOOM platform, on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 2.30 pm in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with MCA General Circular No. 20/2020, 17/2020 and 14/2020 dated 5th May, 2020, 13th April, 2020 and 8th April, 2020 respectively, to transact the following businesses:

ORDINARY BUSINESS

ITEM NO.1: ADOPTION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

To receive, consider and adopt the audited financial statements of the Federation for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2021, including audited balance sheet and Statement of Income and Expenditure for the year ended on 31st March, 2021 together with the reports of the Executive Committee (Board Reports) and Auditors thereon.

The venue of the AGM would be deemed to be the registered office of the Federation that is B-82, 8th Floor, 23, Himalaya House, K.G. Marg, New Delhi -110001.
