Greetings from FHRAI!
Please be informed that FHRAI is vigorously and diligently following up with the Finance Ministry and all the State Government authorities on the issue of unfair taxation of F&B services in restaurants to the tariff charged for room accommodation in hotels.
We are happy to inform you that acceding to our request, the Ministry of Finance has issued a list of Frequently Asked Questions on ‘Restaurant Service’ supplied at ‘Specified Premises’, in response to our representation submitted to them.
