This is to inform you that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of FHRAI is scheduled to be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, 09th July 2026 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi – 110001.

In accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, FHRAI has provided an e-voting facility to all Hotel & Restaurant members. All Hotel & Restaurant members, as on 31st March 2026, will receive a communication from Right2Vote containing their User ID and Password to access the e-voting facility in order to participate in the EOGM of FHRAI.
