Dear Member,

We wish to inform that FHRAI is the Supporting Partner for the “ET Masterclass- Building Customer Experience” by the Economic Times, a virtual professional training session by Lior Arussy and Meenakshi Shrivastava. The two-day session is scheduled for 15th & 16th March 2023 (Wednesday & Thursday) from 1.30 PM to 6.00 PM. The virtual sessions are focused on imparting learning on “How Exceptional Performance Can Be Used As A Growth Strategy”.
